L’humour français élargi ses horizons au-delà des frontières, et s’exporte aujourd’hui sur la scène internationale; au pays de l’Oncle Sam. Nous sommes fiers de vous présenter le 1er Festival Francophone International d’humour aux USA: le French Comedy Festival de New-York du 21 au 25 juin 2016. www.frenchcomedyfestival.com Véritable berceau du stand-up, New-York est une ville de prestige tant pour le public que les comédiens. La richesse et la diversité de la Comédie Francophone s’invite à Broadway, le temps d’un festival avec :

Pendant 5 jours, en plein cœur de Manhattan, le mythique Producers’ Club Theaters accueillera près de 300 spectateurs pour des shows en Français. Le jeudi 23 juin à 21H30 à The Cutting Room, Sugar Sammy proposera un show inédit et 100% en français devant 180 chanceux. Franco-Américain, Le French Comedy Festival initiera également ses artistes francophones au stand-up en anglais. Le samedi 25 Juin 2016 à 18H30 c’est au Broadway ComedyClub devant 180 personnes que nos humoristes français partageront la scène avec des figures de l’humour américaines lors d’une grande soirée de closing : La « Broadway Comedy Night ».

Pour cette première édition les billets sont proposés au tarif attractif de 15$ par spectacle. Des Pass pour plusieurs shows sont également disponibles à 25$ pour 2 soirées, 35$ pour 3 soirées et 45$ pour un accès illimité aux 6 soirées.

A la tête de cette aventure, Michael Sehn; Ce comédien Franco-Américain, crée en 2014 la société French Comedy Production à New-York. Parti du constat que les expatriés Francophones sont de plus en plus présents aux Etats-Unis et convaincu que la scène francophone à sa place «overseas»; il offre l’opportunité aux humoristes français de vivre un véritable rêve américain. Depuis déjà deux ans, la French Comedy Production présente les nouveaux talents du rire lors de ses soirées ponctuelles : Les « French Comedy Night » www.frenchcomedynight.com. Les retours d’un public conquis, l’engouement des participants pour cette expérience unique ainsi que notre partenariat officiel avec le groupe Vivendi, nous permettent aujourd’hui d’apporter une nouvelle dimension avec la 1ère édition du French Comedy Festival aux Etats-Unis.
